Alison Repp, MA, LPC
Alison is a Senior Trial Analyst at Rick M. Goldberg & Associates, where she brings over a decade of experience in behavioral psychology, executive coaching, and trial consulting to high-stakes litigation nationwide. Her work focuses on two of the most critical levers in any trial: preparing witnesses to hold up under fire, and translating juror data into strategies that shift outcomes.

With a background as a licensed psychotherapist, Alison brings a rare skillset to the witness preparation process—combining clinical precision, psychological insight, and courtroom awareness. She is particularly adept at working with emotionally reactive, combative, or highly anxious witnesses, including corporate representatives, claims handlers, and professionals under regulatory scrutiny. Her approach is grounded in deep listening, behavioral modeling, and tailored feedback that transforms even the most high-risk or reluctant witnesses into calm, credible communicators.

Alison doesn’t just rehearse answers—she rebuilds presence, clarity, and message discipline. She prepares clients to anticipate traps, control pacing, and deliver testimony that jurors believe and respect. Her facilitation style is direct, intuitive, and grounded in the realities of modern litigation.

In addition to her work with witnesses, Alison leads the design and analysis of focus groups, mock trials, and venue-specific community attitude surveys. She knows how to turn raw feedback into actionable trial themes, shape voir dire strategy around real juror bias patterns, and help legal teams prioritize what matters most in the eyes of a jury.

Alison has worked across a wide range of complex civil and criminal litigation—including personal injury, wrongful death, commercial disputes, employment law, and sexual misconduct cases—and is consistently called on to support cases where witness credibility, emotional tone, and juror psychology will make or break the result. She brings both clarity and emotional intelligence to the trial process, helping attorneys and their clients walk into court fully prepared—and strategically one step ahead.
